Yes, Patty is a skilled artist in that she has years of schooling and experience. But more than that, she is a great listener, and she genuinely cares about me as an individual. When I take a seat with Patty, I know that she wants to hear about my life and my interests, because she knows that my passions influence the kind of hairstyle that will reflect the essence of who I am. She wants how I present on the outside to match the inside, giving me a sense of confidence, well-being, and optimism.
