Where is the salon located?

Salon Concepts is located at 582 W. 78th St. Suite 19 in Chanhassen, MN  55317.

Once I arrive at the salon, where can I find you?

Please have a seat in the front waiting area. I will meet you there and show you to my suite.

How do I book an appointment?

I have several options available for your convenience.

Online: Follow the easy steps to create an account, username, and password. Here you can check availability, book, reschedule, and modify your appointments.

My recommendation is to book a standing appointment with me in person after your service. Online is always easy and convenient. A standing appointment gives you the assurance of a consistent day and time for your hair services.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. I kindly request a 24-hour minimum rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be charged in full. Certain appointments need to be guaranteed in advance by credit card in full. I do understand that life can get in the way of your day of beauty with me, so know that I will work with you if an exception to the policy seems appropriate.

What if I’m late for my appointment?

I want to ensure that you get the best service each and every time so you can look and feel your absolute best! I will do my best to work with you. However, there may be times that your service may need to be rescheduled for another day.

What if you’re late for my appointment?

I will apologize; it is always my intention to keep our appointments timely. Due to the nature of my business there may be occasions where I am running behind, and your patience is appreciated.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Log into your account at pattyfitzsimmons.fullslate.com; there you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it’s a same day cancellation, please call or text 651-485-6244 so I may contact the clients on my wait list.

How can I be placed on your wait list?

Text or email the following: Desired service, day of week, time of day, and a “by when”. Please leave details on the best way to reach you.

How quickly do you book up?

This depends upon the time of the year and day of the week. However, I am usually booked in advance and would recommend a minimum of two weeks to book a service. Remember to plan ahead for important events and for the holiday season!

What is your return policy for products?

I will exchange or issue a credit for any remaining unsatisfactory merchandise. (Do not bring back an empty can of hair spray and ask for your money back. ☺)

What if I don’t like the results of the hair service performed by you?

It is with confidence that I can guarantee satisfaction on all services I provide. I will do anything in my power to remedy the situation for you. Please call me within two weeks of the initial service for a redo at no charge to you.

Patty cuts men’s hair better than anyone.

Her styles are really flexible. When I need a conservative look for work, it is quick and easy. Want an edgier look for the weekend? No problem. Patty takes the time to teach me how to style my hair and sells me the right product so I can recreate how I look when I leave her chair. Yes, I drive from Woodbury to Eden Prairie for a haircut. I would drive to North Dakota in order for Patty to cut my hair. Well maybe not North Dakota.
